1. What is e-MasterTrade needed for?
All e-MasterTrade products are first of all intended for individual investors, wishing to participate in stock exchange operations at professional level. The basis of e-MasterTrade activities is development and distribution of the online tools for stock market analysis. e-MasterTrade offers to its clients online tools, unique in their parameters and possibilities. 2. What is e-MasterTrade NOT needed for?
e-MasterTrade is NOT an investment adviser. e-MasterTrade does not provide advice on what stock should be bought. The products provided by e-MasterTrade are rather of informative than recommendatory character, and should not be perceived as advice, or guide to action. e-MasterTrade is not a broker or a dealer and does not provide any intermediary financial products. Our major task is to place at our client's disposal effective and tested online tools, which allow him to make independent market analysis, to manage portfolio risks, and to take independent decisions maximizing earnings generated in stock exchange operations. e-MasterTrade is NOT just a calculator! What you get are online tools, which are convenient to use and not complicated to understand, but you must admit that convenience and simplicity hide comprehensive and fine-tuned calculations based on sophisticated algorithms, confirmed and checked up with numerous tests on real historical data.

1. If I don't use technical analysis, can e-MasterTrade products, described in “Technical analysis” section, be useful to me?
Sure they can. "Technical analysis" section name does not mean that products presented there are designed exclusively for technical analysts. Products like Stock4Cast and Index4Cast will be claimed for investment strategy creation and yield and risk management optimization. You can filter assets in StockPuzzle not only by technical indicators.
5.Why does e-MasterTrade update quotes only once a day?
Our online tools are intended primarily for end-of-day trader and long-term investor, therefore there is no need in more frequent quotes updating.
6. Can I send orders to the stock exchange via e-MasterTrade?
e-MasterTrade is not a broker or a dealer and does not provide any intermediary financial products. Our major task is to place at our client's disposal effective and tested online tools, which allow him to make an independent market analysis, to manage portfolio risks, and to take independent decisions maximizing earnings generated in stock exchange operations.

7. Why do I need to enter sum of investments to receive trading signals in SmarTrading system?
The given parameter in SmarTrading mechanical trading system is necessary for the calculation of trading signals and is used only to select assets and determine their volume in speculator's portfolio with the aim of maximization of the total return in your portfolio.
8. Are there any restrictions of sum of investments in SmarTrading system?
SmarTrading system sum of investments limits are as follows: from $10,000 to $75,000. The mechanical trading system selects tickers, determines amount of shares for each ticker, and calculates trading signals for the sum of investments.
9.Does the SmarTrading system take into account my broker's commission?
Yes, it does. Different brokers charge different commission depending on transaction amount. The SmarTrading system takes into account commission size according to Daytek rates ($10 for transaction with volume less than 5000).

1. How does e-MasterTrade secure the information I give?
e-MasterTrade collects personal information about its clients in order to provide service level necessary for the client; inform clients about new products; make special offers of products and products and realize the most correct selection of materials.
e-MasterTrade guarantees that your personal information, including your E-Mail address as specified during registration, will under no circumstances be transferred to any third party without your sanction, except for the cases described in "Privacy Policy" .
2. Can I change my password?
Our policy of information security and confidentiality implies certain restrictions on the format and mode of changing your password, therefore you cannot change your password independently. If, by virtue of any reasons you have to change it, contact to us via e-mail support@e-mastertrade.com.
3. How can I change my e-mail address entered during registration?
To change your e-mail address, enter your personal office at e-MasterTrade and select "Contact information" in the menu. You can alter your contact information here. After making changes required, press "Save changes", and the new data will be saved.

1.What browser should I prefer for working with the Web site?
A browser with full JavaScript support (how to switch on JavaScript support) is required for working with e-MasterTrade.
To work most effectively, you will need Internet Explorer (4.0 and higher) or Netscape (4.0.7 and higher).
2. How to set up my browser?
Your browser must support cookies (how to switch on cookies), JavaScript (how to switch on JavaScript support), secure socket layers (how to set up your browser to support secure socket layers).

- Step 1: Select Tools in the main menu.
- Step 2: Select Internet Options.
- Step 3: Select Security bookmark in Internet Options window appeared.
- Step 4: Press Custom Level button.
- Step 5: Find Scripting in Security Settings window.
- Step 6: Switch on (mark Enabled) all options of Scripting section.
- Step 7: Press OK.
- Step 8: Close all Internet Explorer windows.
- Step 9: Restart Internet Explorer to enable changes.
- Step 10: Try to access e-MasterTrade Web site.
Netscape
- Step 1: Select Edit in the main menu.
- Step 2: Select Preferences.
- Step 3: Inside Preferences, select Advanced.

The page exists, but in this case your browser cannot transfer data over secure connection. To switch on this option support, try to do the following steps:

- Step 3. Select Advanced bookmark.
- Step 4. Find Security item.
- Step 5. Place flags next to SSL 2.0 and SSL 3.0"SSL 2.0" and "SSL 3.0"

- Step 1. Select Communicator in the main menu.
- Step 2. Select Tools
- Step 3. Select Security Info subitem.
