Agreement between Finflow Holdings Limited and the user

The present site (hereinafter referred to as Site) is offered to you (hereinafter referred to as User) upon conditions of your accepting the present agreement without any changes in its terms and contents. Your using this Site is the reason for the present agreement coming into force, with all its terms and contents. The right to use this Site and any other products offered by Finflow Holdings Limited belongs to the User only, and may not be transferred to any third party via contract, sublicense, or in any other way.

User information

At the time of registration, the user must provide Finflow Holdings Limited with the complete and actual information on his/her name and E-Mail address. Failure to fulfill this condition makes the present agreement null and void.

The user has no right to:

• Choose or use another person's name or e-mail address with the purpose to imitate that person;
• Use a name or e-mail address belonging to another person without the latter's consent;
• Use a name infringing intellectual property rights of the third party;
• Use a name, which Finflow Holdings Limited, at its own discretion, will consider unacceptable.

Password disclosure

The user confirms that the right of using the Site, as well as other Finflow Holdings Limited products and services, belongs to the User only and this right may not be transferred to any third party in any fashion. Any attempt to transfer the User's rights to the third party is illegal and results in the termination of the present agreement. The User must take all necessary measures to keep his/her password secret. In case the User suspects that his/her password has become known to any third party, he/she must immediately inform Finflow Holdings Limited about it via e-mail support@e-mastertrade.com, so that the password could be changed.

Limitations on personal noncommercial use

The Site is intended for personal noncommercial use by the User only. The User has no right to change, copy, distribute, send, display, represent, reproduce, publish, lease, use in development, transfer or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the Site.

Nature of services

Finflow Holdings Limited does not provide investment consulting services and is not an investment adviser. Finflow Holdings Limited has no intentions to tell or recommend any persons, what they should buy or sell for themselves.

Investors should always check adequacy of any investment with their financial advisers, including tax advisers. Finflow Holdings Limited recommends any persons trading in assets to do it carefully and consult their broker or another official financial adviser prior to making asset transactions based on information received from Finflow Holdings Limited.

Neither Finflow Holdings Limited, nor persons affiliated with it bear any responsibility for investment decisions. Finflow Holdings Limited makes every possible effort to ensure reliability of information on the Site at the moment of its publishing, however occasional errors could possibly take place, for which Finflow Holdings Limited apologizes beforehand.

The information contained on the Site is the property of appropriate persons. Though Finflow Holdings Limited makes efforts to present trustworthy information, Finflow Holdings Limited may not guarantee its completeness and reliability. Limitation of liability contained in the present paragraph is applied to any loss or damage caused by incorrect execution, error, omission, delay, removal, defect, setback in operation or transfer, computer virus, communication line failure, theft, destruction, non-authorized access, alteration, use of record, or infringement of the contract, ill-intentioned action, negligence, or any other action. The User also specially recognizes that Finflow Holdings Limited does not bear any liability for dishonorable, offensive, illegal behavior of any third party or other users, and risk of damage completely lies on the User.

Under no circumstances will Finflow Holdings Limited or any persons, participating in development, creation, or distribution of the Site's materials and mproducts, be held responsible for any direct, indirect or casual, special or indirect losses (including, but not being limited to unrealized profit and trading losses), resulting from use or impossibility to use the Site or from guarantee infringement. The User confirms that provisions of the present article are applied to the entire Site content.

Finflow Holdings Limited does not confirm and is not responsible for accuracy or reliability of opinions, advice, or statements on the Site, as well as for any offensive, slanderous or obscene records made at the Site by anybody, except for the official Finflow Holdings Limited employees working within the framework of their duties. Under no conditions Finflow Holdings Limited will be held responsible for any damages or losses based on the User's trust to any information, received from the Site's content. It is the responsibility of the User to estimate accuracy, completeness, or utility of any information, opinions, advice or other content of the Site. The User is strongly recommended to use appropriate professional services for qualified assessment of the information specified.

Finflow Holdings Limited does not confirm, is not responsible for and does not guarantee any products or the services offered by the third parties through the Site, and will not participate or somehow monitor contacts between the User and the third parties concerning products and services specified. When purchasing products and services from their distributors, the User should carefully evaluate them and be cautious, if necessary.

The User is specially informed that Finflow Holdings Limited, its affiliated structures, employees, and agents are under no circumstances responsible for any direct, indirect, casual, special, or associated losses resulting from the User applying any browsers or other software developed by any third party.

The User agrees that the liability of Finflow Holdings Limited, its affiliated structures, and agents against any claims associated with the Site or information, located on it, may not exceed the amount paid by the User for using the Site.

Indemnifications

The User agrees to protect and compensate Finflow Holdings Limited, its employees, and agents from any claims, damage, obligations, losses, liability, expenses, debts (including, but not limited to legal costs) resulting from the User using the Site, or the User violating the present agreement or any rights of the third parties, including, but not being limited to, copyright and property rights. Use by the User of the Site means recognition of the present protection and indemnification clause.

Links to other sites

The Site may contain hyperlinks to sites, resources, and advertising other than Finflow Holdings Limited. Such links are intended for the User information only. Finflow Holdings Limited bears no responsibility for either availability of those sites, or their content, advertising, products, or other materials on those sites. Hyperlink presence at the Site does not presume Finflow Holdings Limited support of external sites' materials or any participation in their activities. Under no circumstances Finflow Holdings Limited shall be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by use of content, products, or services received from such external sites. Any questions concerning problems with external site access should be addressed to their administrators, and not to Finflow Holdings Limited.

Copyright and limitations

The information, located on the Site, belongs to Finflow Holdings Limited or appropriate licensors and is protected by copyright law, appropriate contracts and agreements. All rights are reserved. The information received from the Site may be displayed, transformed or printed only for personal consumption by the User in non-commercial purposes. The User agrees to refrain from reproducing, transferring, distributing, selling, publishing, and broadcasting the information from the Site to anybody without Finflow Holdings Limited's written approval.

Finflow Holdings Limited reserves the right to reproduce and distribute materials contributed by the Site visitors. With sending a message to Finflow Holdings Limited, the User transfers to Finflow Holdings Limited, without any reimbursement, all rights to use the information in the message if this information does not breach intellectual rights of the third parties.

Names, logotypes and/or phrases on the Site might be trademark or property of Finflow Holdings Limited or any third parties. The Site content is Finflow Holdings Limited property; its reproduction, in full or in part, without written Finflow Holdings Limited permission, is categorically prohibited.

Trade Mark

e-MasterTrade is FFH trademark. All rights are reserved. All other trademarks appearing on the Site are the property of their appropriate owners.

Amendments to the present agreement

Finflow Holdings Limited has at any time the right to establish, alter, or amend conditions of the User of the Site, or any part of the conditions, including, but not being limited to, the content, access hours, hardware required for access or use. Such changes or additions inure immediately after notification, which can be made in any form, including, but not being limited to, information at the Site, alteration of the present agreement, e-mail or regular mail. If any of the changes specified is unacceptable for the User, he/she may stop using the Site on conditions described below. Any use of the Site after notification receipt (other than termination of subscription to the Site services), will be considered as acceptance of amendments by the User. The User is also subject to conditions applied by the third parties - suppliers of content, software, or services.

Termination of the agreement

Finflow Holdings Limited and the User may terminate the present agreement at any time. In case the User is unsatisfied with a) conditions of the present agreement or Finflow Holdings Limited policies and practices concerning the Site, b) content of the Site or any changes in the content, c) service rates or way of payment, he/she has the right to terminate the present agreement via sending a notification in writing to the address payment@e-mastertrade.com. The User notification inures after its reception by Finflow Holdings Limited. Finflow Holdings Limited is not required to confirm termination of the agreement.

In case of termination of the present agreement by the User, the money for the paid services are not reimbursed, unless the User terminates the agreement due to Finflow Holdings Limited changing the present agreement conditions. In this case, as well as in case of the agreement terminated as a result of Finflow Holdings Limited initiative, Finflow Holdings Limited returns to the User an amount proportional to the time during which services were not provided.

After termination of the present agreement, either by the User or by Finflow Holdings Limited, the following articles of the present agreement remain in force: Copyright and limitations, Absence of guarantees and limitation of liability, Indemnifications.

Hardware

The User bears full responsibility and all charges associated with availability and serviceability of hardware and communication channels, required to access the Site.

Security

Any personal data presented by the User to Finflow Holdings Limited, will be used only in connection with the services provided, and will not be transferred to any third parties. Finflow Holdings Limited adheres to the standard norms and methods of network information protection and bears no responsibility for data safety if any third party attempts to extract information with non-authorized methods. When the third parties are used for the payment system services responsibility for date security falls to these third parties.

General provisions

The present agreement governs relations of the parties in full, and substitutes all previous arrangements between the parties on any relevant questions.
